Step by step Recipe of Nawabi Paneer

While making Nawabi Paneer, follow these 26 steps every time.

  1. Keep 300 grams of Onions ready.
  2. Keep 10 units of Green chillies ready.
  3. Keep 20 grams of Ginger ready.
  4. Keep 20 cloves of Garlic Cloves ready.
  5. Keep 20 units of Cashew ready.
  6. Keep 300 grams of Paneer ready.
  7. Chop Onions in large pieces.
  8. Using 0.5 liters of water to wash vegetables.
  9. Chop Green chillies in large pieces.
  10. Peel all Garlic Cloves.
  11. Wash, peel and cut Ginger.
  12. Chop Paneer in large pieces.
  13. Put vegetables in Jar & grind them to a fine paste.
  14. Boil 1 tbsp Garam Masala for 5 minutes in water.
  15. Filter masala water and keep aside.
  16. Heat 8 spoons of Refined oil.
  17. Fry Paneer for 10 minutes.
  18. Once Paneer is fried, take it out.
  19. Add vegetable paste & cook for 15 minutes.
  20. Add spice solution that was prepared.
  21. Add 1 spoon of Common salt.
  22. Add 6 spoons of Amul Low fat cream.
  23. Mix cream well in gravy using spatula.
  24. Add fried paneer pieces.
  25. Cook for 5 minutes & kill flame.
  26. Season with kasoori methi, serve hot.
