Step by step Recipe of Gulaab Jamun

While making Gulaab Jamun, follow these 17 steps every time.

  1. Add 100 grams of Gulaab Jamun Premix in a bowl.
  2. Knead premix using 50 ml Milk.
  3. Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
  4. Make spheres, every jamun requires 1 minute.
  5. Keep balls in fridge until we are ready to fry them.
  6. Add 250 grams of Sugar.
  7. Add 0.2 liters of water.
  8. Add 4 pods of Cardamom after mashing.
  9. Boil for 5 minutes until sugar is dissolved.
  10. Rose water is optional.
  11. Heat Sufficient Refined oil for frying.
  12. Fry balls at medium flame for 10 minutes.

  14. Submerge balls in sugar solution immediately.
  15. Rest for 3 Hours while balls absorb sugar syrup.
  16. Gulab Jamun is ready to consume.
  17. Optionally, garnish with coconut powder.
