Step by step Recipe of Chilli Paneer

While making Chilli Paneer, follow these 26 steps every time.

  1. Keep 100 grams of Bell Peppers ready.
  2. Keep 200 grams of Onions ready.
  3. Keep 10 grams of Carrot ready.
  4. Keep 7 units of Green chillies ready.
  5. Keep 250 grams of Paneer ready.
  6. Using 0.5 liters of water to wash vegetables.
  7. Chop Bell Peppers in large pieces.
  8. Chop Onions in large pieces & detach its layers.
  9. Dice Carrot.
  10. Slit Green chillies.
  11. Chop Paneer in large pieces.
  12. Add 1 sachet of Chilli Paneer Masala.
  13. Add some water and mix to dissolve the spices.
  14. Add 1 spoon of Kashmiri Mirch Powder.
  15. Add 1 spoon of Corn Starch.
  16. Coat Paneer pieces with Masala paste.
  17. Heat 6 spoons of Refined oil.
  18. Fry Paneer for 10 minutes.
