Step by step Recipe of Almond shake

While making Almond shake, follow these 12 steps every time.

  1. Soak 21 whole almonds for 10 hours.
  2. Peel all almonds.
  3. Grind 8 spoons of sugar with almonds.
  4. Add 100 ml water to ease grinding process.
  5. Heat 2 spoons of Desi ghee & fry almonds.
  6. Keep aside for cooling.
  7. Add half liter of milk and half liter water.
  8. Mix 2 Spoons of custard powder in water then pour it.
  9. It took 10 Min LPG to boil the mixture.
  10. Keep in Fridge for 3 Hours.
  11. Make a chunky powder of fried almonds.
  12. Garnish with dry fruits.
